Cluster for Automation Technologies and Robotics AT+R was established in Košice, Slovakia in March 2010 as an association of legal entities which currently includes 12 industrial companies, 2 universities, 2 self-governing regions, and 1 institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, all in Eastern and Central Slovakia. The main objective is to support its members’ innovation activities in the fields of mechatronics, robotics, intelligent production systems, and advanced materials. The key activities consist of implemented programs and projects, transfer of new technologies, and training programs in development, production and business internationalization.
